Arrival Story:
What an amazing recovery! Honey was a puppy mill breeder just a few months ago. She came into rescue care and was eventually transported to "Camp Bill," or at least that's what I call our house. Bill is an ex-puppy mill breeder who gently shows all of the fosters in our lives how to become a dog, as he did over the past year. Anyway, Honey came to "Camp Bill" two weeks ago with runny stool, ribs showing, patchy fur and a fear of people. Oh, and she had never been on a leash. Today, two weeks later, she hikes off leash, walks on leash, sort of "sits" and "stays" for me at home, has gained weight and is regrowing fur. She is a beautiful, cuddly Boston Terrier in need of a great home.
