Starting a new life

I am sooooooo humbled

Thank you Dogster for making my diary one of the daily pics.
I am so humbled.
Life in my new home is great. I follow mom all over the place.
She takes me places as you can see from two of the pictures of me with my mommy.
I sleep right next to mom at night and she snuggles with me. That is the life.
Thanks again Dogster for this honor.

Enjoying outings with my mom

Mom took off a couple of days this week to spend with daddy and us houndies.
On thursday, we all went to the river. Mom, Daddy, Jaime, and me went and we swam. Yes i said swim. Mom brought along a life jacket for us doggies and one at a time, we went swimming. So on my profile, you will see a picture of me with mom in the river.
Well then the next day, mom went to Petsmart and took me with her. But as she was talking to her friends, my little feets got hot so mom put me back in the car and turned it on until she was ready to go in the store. And when she was ready, she put my blankie in the buggy and i got to ride in the store. I didnt even have to walk.
Life is good in my new home.
All doggies should be so lucky.

going on a picnic

This morning, mom and dad decided to take me and my sister Jaime on a picnic. But it started storming so we didnt get to stay long. However, i got to snoop around while mom walked me on my leash. It was fun and i am learning that when i get in the car, i am coming back home again.
I hope they do that again soon. It was nice to get out and sniff some good smells.
