One Dog Life To Live

I Am Doing Well!

I went to that eye doctor far far away. I don't like going. I try to grab onto the floor, and end up sliding on it as they send me into see her. She is nice, but she has all these weird instruments to examine my eye. She shuts off the light and looks at my eye and it makes me nervous! Did I mention that I don't like it? Anyways, I heard her talking to my family, and she says I am doing very well. All of a sudden she gives me a dog treat! A beef jerky treat! Oh, I think I like her now!

Medicine In My Eye

Later that night, my family decided to let me inside early due to the pouring rain outside. I was very happy! My family said, I looked like a big poof ball because I got wet and dried very nicely!
I LOVE my bed. It's so nice to be crawling in a circle in that bed to keep me warm. Although I have a big fur coat to keep me warm, I love being cozy.
My family gives me medicine in my eye every day to help prevent glaucoma in my good eye. I don't like it. I try to hide my nose in that bed so they can't get me. It never lasts long, they always put that drop in my eye! Oh well, I guess they are trying to help me. After that I get lots of attention. I don't like it when they stop petting me, so if they stop, I BARK! That gets their attention to pet me more! hehehehehe

Rawhide in the Rain

It has been raining a lot here in Southern California and I don't like the rain. I can't frolic around my backyard as I normally do. However, my family saw me running around in search for something. They thought I was just doing my doggie business but nope. Later they found me with a rawhide I buried a while ago! hehehehe
