Bio:
Arkie is the sweetest, happiest little soul we have ever seen. She loves making people laugh, and she laughs right along with them. She is happiest when she is surrounded by family. Arkie is fiercely protective, though, and will take on anyone or anything percieved as threatening.

Today was a good day. I turned nine years old. I got extra hugs and attention all day (and that's saying something, because I'm usually the center of everyone's universe), I got a new squeaky frog chew toy, and after mom made me a great dinner, I had CAKE! I LOVE CAKE!!! I'm so happy! I wish my family was bigger so every day would be somebody's birthday and we could have cake every day! :)

Mom put some new pictures on my page. There is a picture of me with Grandpa and a picture of my dear Andrew with his lovely friend Elly (I really like her.) Mom wanted a picture of Andrew and me together but he usually doesn't like to get his picture taken. He can be a stubborn pet but I love him.

I like being on Dogster! I am meeting so many nice dogs and their pets. It's good for Mom, too, because she just got her first computer and is learning how to do stuff. (So you really can teach an old dog new tricks, ha ha!) And I love having news, updates, and tons of info and advice all in one place. I also like that Mom gets to see that she's not silly for treating me like a princess. Sometimes she wonders if taking me to Burger King for a hamburger, taking me to Dairy Queen for a dish of sherbet, or only baking non-chocolate cakes so I can have some, is too much. Now she knows, this is how it should be. Dog people are the best!
