He had kennel cough and was going to be put down soon. He licked my hand through the bars and even though he was not what I was looking for in a dog at the time, I adopted him. He was a digger and had behavioral problems, but I never once thought of returning him. He grew from 45 pounds to 100 pound dog who chased the garbage man and ate all my food.
