Arrival Story:
Little Zoe was splashing out in puddles during a huge thunderstorm one evening. She ran out in front of my husband's truck and he slammed on the brakes. Slowly, he rolled up to our house and she followed him. She was soaking wet but my husband begged that she be brought inside. We had two older dogs and I wasn't sure how she'd fit in. She was hopping around and just as happy as can be. No one claimed her after 2 weeks, so she decided to stay with us.

Bio:
She has a scar on her hip, like she'd been injured -- possibly hit by a car before we found her. The injury left her with a hind leg that's shorter than the other by a couple of inches. We call it her paw of power! And let me tell you, she works it. Strangers always fall for the sweet little baby with the pitiful little leg. Except Bailey... she thinks it might be a chew toy Zoe's holding out on her.
