I'm Teething

Last night while playing with mommy I lost a tooth while chewing on mommy's hands. It was a tiny one that fell off from my upper front jaw on the right side. I had to sit still under a bright light while mommy examined my teeth. They think that's probably why I've been chewing my hind feet! Yes I've been chewing them lately until they're red and sore, I don't know why I just can't help it! Mommy is bringing me to a hollistic vet this week.

Premature shedding

That's right, I have begun shedding my puppy fur for the last week. They say that it supposed to start at 6 months, I'm only turning 4 months now! It's coming off in patches, first it was small patches on my thighs, then my elbows, then my back and now my neck. I look like I have a rare skin disease. Mommy is a little sad to see my soft fuzzy fur go. I don't like getting brushed and will squirm and bite my way out of it however which way I can!

Discovering the beach

Tonight on my walk mommy took me to the sea wall down past the park. I wouldn't go down at first it looked scary with the water rushing to and from. Mommy tugged on my leash and I resisted until my furr was puckered. When I saw mommy go down it didn't look so bad after all, she said come come come and I followed down a couple of steps and discovered the wet sand and water, so this is where the sea shells come from, it's so salty mmmm! So many mussels for me to sink my teeth into I want to eat them all...yumm!

Puppy Kindergarten

I started my puppy kindergarten class today!
I loved playing with the other pups in my class. Mommy and daddy got a lot of info and I also learned to sit, then go. They also learned to have me come on command. I get treats for doing what they tell me to do. They think they can boss me around but little do they know who's in charge! Best of all, I get alot of treats!

I'm able to sleep through the night!

As of last week I was able to sleep through the night without waking up mommy and daddy to let me out to go potty! Mommy and daddy seems happier these days.

Crate training

I was so pooped tonight that I went went into my crate all by himself to goto sleep for the night! This happened after almost 3 weeks of hating my crate and don't know why mommy and daddy wanted me locked up.. now I know they just want me in there to get some rest. Mommy and daddy were ecstatic and excited. I guess I also don't mind the treats that come with going into the crate.

Escaped

Tonight I broke through a loose board in the fence and wandered into the neighbour's yard. I was having so much fun playing in their veggie garden I lost track of time, when Daddy realised I was gone. I came back when I heard Daddy call me I almost gave him a heart attack. He got the fence fixed right away, so that I won't wander away again!

Squeaky sheep toy

Tonight I discovered my new favourite toy. I learned how to make my sheep go squeek! I had so much fun with it making it squeek in my mouth as I chewed it to death! Mommy and I played fetch with it and had alot of fun.

Crate Training

Last night was a break-through for me, I went into the crate last night without crying or whining! I've been in my new home for 2-1/2 weeks and have been keeping my mommy and daddy awake at night. I feel bad, but don't like to be left all by myself!
