It's been a while since I've written in my diary...I love my home. I get to go to doggie daycare every day with mom, and I love running around with my doggie friends and chasing tennis balls, and just being the silly, goofy golden retriever that I am. I have a blast! I am a busy body, but at 2 & 1/2 am FINALLY mellowing out some, which is a good thing, mom is glad that I am mellowing. I get so hyper and excited about the smallest things.

Well I've been in my new home for about a month and although I miss my first family, I am loving this one that I have. I get to go for lots of car rides, mom works for a V-E-T who is also my human grandpa, so tis cool, he helps me. So I get to go for car rides 4 days a week, it's loads of fun. I get to go for lots of walks, and the dog park at least 3 times a week which is fun. I love my clicker training and have mastered sit, down, wait, easy (loose leash walking) and am learning more. I love my new mom, she spoils me, she made this yummy meat mixture to help me not be a picky eater and it's yummy.
I may have to have surgery on my shoulders. Right now I have a bladder/kidney infection so about 2 more weeks before we can find out for sure as I have to go under anesthesia for better x-rays, but I have to be all better before I can go under anesthesia. I'm doing pretty good, I don't hardly limp at all unless I get too rambunctious, which mom is trying her darndest to control. It's hard, I'm still a puppy and LOVE to run around and play.
