Why wont it stop raining?

Why wont the rain stop!!!

Why oh why wont the rain stop, My mommy says I cant go out side to play in the lake unless it stops raining. My Little sister Gizzy won't leave me alone. So I ponced her to the ground hehe I am way bigger then her. Mommy says " I am so silly" I am not sure what that means but I hope it is a good thing. I use to get all the attention in my family but now since this little sister which looks really funny came in i don't get all the attention anymore. So I go and demand for them to pet me all the time. My sisters hair looks funny I always try to help her slick it back when I clean her but it never works. My mommy puts her some silly little bows in. Me on the other hand I get to look pretty in my dresses as long as it isn't raining which of course it has been doing alot latley. I can't wait for me to be able to get back to the wide open lake and go fetch my ball.
