Arrival Story:
I had talked about getting a dog for a while (before having my baby), but baby arrived first. So I waited for another 4 years before I caved to get Lola. After another year at Woofstock, I couldn't take it and I had to find a dog ASAP. Although I wanted to adopt a rescue, it was harder to find one to join out family (with a young child), getting a puppy was the only choice.
After searching for the right breed and size of dog, we went to meet two other breeds, but then asked to see all the puppies.
Lola's sister was very friendly and pretty much "picked us". As friendly as she was, I didn't like her markings, so my kid ended up picking Lola.
And that's how she ended up joining our family
