Likes:
Buster loves to play fetch! He likes to have the spot behind his ear rubbed and "give Momma some lovin" aka: kisses. He really likes to run, and of course- bark!
Pet-Peeves:
Strange men in his yard and/or house. Loud voices and thunder scare him and he'll hide on his bed and wimper.
Favorite Toy:
His teddy bear- that's what he has under his paw in the pic.
Favorite Food:
We don't feed our dogs human food, but like his sister, Angel, he will eat just about anything.
Favorite Walk:
Our backyard every day, and Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary on Saturday afternoons- weather permitting.
Best Tricks:
Buster is not much of trick doer but he does know how to sit, stay, lay down, and just recently learned how to give a paw to "shake" hands.
Arrival Story:
Buster was my mother in law's dog. She rescued him from the shelter about 2 years before she passed away, and we inherited him the summer of 2007. What she was told when she got him was that they believed he had been abused by a man. He was not vicious but was (and still is) a barker and very skittish, especially around men. It took him some time to get used to living with my husband and I, but has become a much loved member of our family!
