Sandy comes home

It is now June and I am 5 months old.

I'm almost half a year old. WOW! Some days I go to work with Lorraine. That is Mylo's master. I like to go to the grooming shop because I get to meet a lot of other dogs and they like to play with me. Mylo let's me nap on his bed with him too.

On the days I stay home, which is most days, I get to go for walks and I get to go for rides in the car. My mom has put a basket on the console so that I sit high up and can see out the windows. I am just like my Mom. When I'm not driving I like to sleep, so the basket is perfect for napping while we ride.

I whine when she leaves me in the car alone to do an errand, but she ignores that. I guess she has my number. All in all, I love my new home. Now if I could just poop outside all the time my Mom would be very happy. Sometimes though, I just can't wait. Oh well, I'm only five months old!

Celebration!!!

Last night we had a celebration! It was my first day to poop and pee outside all day. Granted, the door is open all day so that I can just go in and out, but I DID IT! I went in and out all by myself. I even stayed out and played a little while. Guess what? There are these gray furry things with tails that curl over their backs out there. They stay around the bird feeders and boy do they love to be chased. I didn't catch one yet. They can climb trees too; that's not fair! Oh well, maybe they will play with me tomorrow.

LOOK AT ME!

I just got my BIG BOY haircut. Got my feet shaved.....took about 20 minutes, but I did good. Got my face shaved too and didn't mind that at all. Got my ears plucked....yuck! That was o.k. too cuz it was done slow and easy and my ears were scratched periodically. I liked that! I have what is called a kennel clip. Shorter on the body and longer on the legs. I look spiffy!
