Birthday: February 14th 2009 Likes: now that she has discovered how much fun kitties are..she likes to play chase lol Pet-Peeves: CARS!! ...but I cant blame her... Favorite Toy: whatever she can get you to throw for her Favorite Food: ice cubes have become a great game and new cheep treat =) Favorite Walk: as long as she is by my side she couldnt care where she was =) Best Tricks: making you smile =) Arrival Story: Well I had been wanting a puppy for a while, I was just waiting for the right one to come along....and one that I didn't have to pay and arm and a leg for lol....I had decided that I wanted to adopt. So my search began and I found a lot of sweet dogs but the time just wasn't right..so I had almost given up hope........then one day I was driving down the high way around 6pm and I saw this little ball of fur up ahead on the shoulder so I decided to stop and get the poor thing off the road and take her to a shelter so maybe her owners could be located.
On the way there I stopped at my house to get her some water and calm her down after the ordeal before taking her to another scary place..and I just fell in love with her!! She is just a cuddle bug and wants nothing more then hugs and kisses...but I knew that if she was someone's pet, they would be missing her dearly, so I did the right thing and called all the vets in the area that I found her and asked if anyone had reported her missing or if they knew her.. No one heard about her but they told me if anyone did call they would give them my contact info..But because she was skinny and dehydrated, they all assumed that she was a stray and she was mine as far as they were concerned.
Needless to say no one has called or even posted fliers in the area so I had her vetted and she is up to a good puppy weight. All this time I never thought I would find a pup, but I guess everything happens for a reason =) Forums Motto: Sookie is as Sookie does I've Been On Dogster Since:
