What's Going On These Days

Mommy's going away.

Mommy keeps telling me she's going away on vacation. What's vacation? I'm not allowed to go with her to Florida. Why not? Mommy told me I'm going to stay with Grandma, Pop-Pop, Cinders and Sweet Pea. I'm supposed to be a good boy and go to bed when Grandma tells me. I'll try to be a good boy.

The Birds, The Birds, the Birds are EVERYWHERE

Behind my backyard there are all these birds. The neighbor behind us has birdfeeders and birdbaths in their yard. I LOVE to run outside and bark, bark, bark. Then all the birds fly away. It is so fun. Mommy hates birds so I'm really just helping her out. Don't let her know I love to bark at them and make them fly everywhere. hehe.

It's Springtime!

I am really liking the warmer weather, though I'm not loving all the rain. When I come in from outside mommy makes me stop and wipe my feet. Sometimes I stop "on the mat" when she tells me, othertimes I just run around the house. I don't know why mommy doesn't want me on the sofa right after I come inside.

Two weeks ago mommy gave me my Spring haircut so now I'm presentable again. Mommy had Pop-Pop, Grandma and Uncle Randy over for dinner but I didn't get to have what they had. I didn't even get a treat :-(

Easter was fun for me. Mommy took me to Pop-Pop and Grandma's to see Sweet Pea and Cinders. I haven't seen them in so long! I had a great time running around and playing with them. Cinders even played with me a little and she let me sniff her face without her yelling at me.
