Did I tell you how much I enjoyed spending time with my family? Well, I do... Was really happy that mummy managed to bring me down for my evening walk today, though it was short I really did enjoy the fresh air that is blowing into my face.
Was glad that Mummy and Daddy had a pretty long weekend last week... Every moment was spent with me. On Sunday, they brought me to a Dog Run...well it's basically an enclosed area the size of a football field for doggies to run free without leashes. Daddy got me this really 'swanky' toy which is called the retriever toy, great invention! It acts a little like a catapult whereby you will attached a tennis ball at one end and just have to flick it and the ball will fly.... It allows me to work my hind legs and built muscle mass. Oh remember my human friend, Marcus?? He came round and spent the nite with us and he was at the Dog run too!!! *_* He and I had a great time together. However, didn't really enjoy one part cos a German Shepard Dog by the name of 'Vicki' came and stole my ball away, only with the help of mummy do i get my tennis ball back. Marcus can really throw the ball far and wide.... kekeke that kept me really busy for that sunday afternoon. Wish Daddy and Mummy could fetch me there this coming weekend again...
I wonder as I lie by Mummy's feet falling asleep is Marcus nicely tucked in his bed getting ready to go Laa Laa Land???? ZZZZZzzzzzz

Yippy! Friday is here finally...that means I get to have daddy & mummy for two whole days... how nice. Really dislike them having to leave the house early in the mornings and not being able to play with me... well, i suppose its good in a way cos without them working, I might as well say good bye to my favourite treats, rawhides and biscuits.
For the past week or so, I have been the center of attraction in this tiny family of mine and mummy has been saying luck was not on our side. For a start, I got this nasty infection on my tail which got healed. Then, my hind legs got injured with two punctured wounds which left mummy worried sick, thinking I was healing nicely, I caught on some nasty hot spots which were so itchy that i had to scratch and that causes my skin to break and had bacteria infections. The worst thing was Daddy and Mummy wanted me to wear one of those space cones around my neck which I thought was absolutely horrendous! I mean what kind of fashion is that???! WOOF..... Well, mum said its suppose to stop me from scratching my wound further.
I like it when Daddy and Mummy fuss over me....hehhehe especially the look on mummy face...I am so so lucky to be in this house cos I know I feel loved and warm here in this heaven of mine. Hence, Mummy was pretty relieve that nothing of those bad luck thing fell upon us today cos the Good Lord has been ever so gracious to us.
As the air-conditioner continues to blow in my face, I can sense its time for La La land... ZZzzzzzzzz

Sometimes I wonder how the minds of human work? At least for dogs, I suppose we do not have so much complexities involved. Our main agenda is just to fulfil our objective here on this planet....which is to provide unconditional love to our owners...
It has been a while since I woof an entry in my diary, as you know I can't type and mummy has been so busy with work that she hardly have time to pen down my thoughts. Hence, I suppose as I lay by mummy's feet she is going to summarize all the thoughts and write them all at once this evening.
Oh by the way did I mentioned that I just got home yesterday after two long weeks away at my nanny's place. Mummy said I could not be in the house as some guys are coming to do up our house and in no time I will be semi deaf with all the drilling, knocking and the list goes on.... '')
My nanny's is a wondeful person and I love the company of glen, gill and their dog (a mongrel) called ''Mocha''....ya like the coffee you humans drink. I love them all cos they gave me so much love in place of mummy's when she has to go away.... however, mummy got a phone call one nite from my nanny telling her that I have missed mummy so much that i have chewed off gill's shoe and since I can't wash the dishes, mummy had to pick up the tab....sob sob... but I don't know if it was the smell of gill's feet or I just love those wedged sandals she has!!! hee.....
oh...sorry can't think anymore, daddy is tempting me my favourite biscuits...
