I was looking for a papillon FOREVER!!! Looking for the right breeder, at the right price, with the right parents! I finally saw her on a web site and the first thing i said was "SHES MY BABY!!!". Someone else was originally going to purchase her but they back out and I am a lucky Papillon mom!
