Arrival Story:
My sister was getting lonely and her hampster jsut wasn't enough, so after searchign and searching for the right puppy, she found a very sweet elderly woman who was happy to offer Penny to her. She is a mix of Maltese and Shih Tzu. A Maltichu. She's very sweet, but can get very excited and nip at times!
