I hate cats

and chickens scare me. I still can't figure out how they even got into the house. The humans went to the hardware store (yeah, right!) and daddy took me and Daisy out to play. We come back and voila - the guestroom smells funny and there are strange sounds coming out of it. Creepy little critters and boy can they jump. I tried to hump one and all I got was air. The chickens, however, are a completely story alltogether. And I know how they got into the house, mom came in with a box and put the chix into my future kiddie pool - they make funky sounds and run around a lot. Scary things. One the upside I have to report that there is a neat ice cream parlor only a couple of miles from our house and I have developed a love for soft serve (vanilla). I guess things could be worse. I was just awarded the 'dog of the day' award for being the one not getting into the cat litter.

Moving????

Argh, I hear they have lots of rain there. I hate rain - and I don't know what that white stuff is everybody is talking about. I like sitting out in the sun, I'm a native Californian. To show my utter displeasure about this whole thing, I've chewed up our beds (ok, I had some help) ... but they wouldn't change their minds. On top of everything, we're now crated again. Boy, this plan backfired on us like nothing else.

I can hold it

I swear I can. I will just hold it until the rain goes away. Maybe I can even sweat it out. This wet stuff is nasty - and mom insisted on taking me outside. I sure showed her, we both stood in the rain right next to the tree and I refused to go. She got all wet herself, serves her just right for trying to get ME wet. Hah. I will just hold it.
