He looves to play! With his toys and with his people. He also loves going for walks and meeting new dogs/people.
Pet-Peeves:
Kit hates going outside in the rain. He also has issues with stairs. The stairs up to our apartment are really steep and narrow and he refuses to walk down them on his own, because he fell down them when he was a puppy.
Favorite Toy:
Kit looves toys! He has a lot he really likes but some of his favorites are his snuggle puppy, tennis balls, his squeeky fox, squeeky octopus, and his squeeky stuffed devil and mailman.
Favorite Food:
He really likes carrots! He eats Wellness Core and raw food, both of which he loves. Of course he loves people food, but we try not to give it to him much.
Favorite Walk:
He likes going to the park near our house. It's where we go when we want to stay out for a long time and there are usually other dogs there for him to play with.

Arrival Story:
Kit is our first dog! I had wanted a papillon since I was probably around 8 years old. My fiance (then boyfriend) and I moved into our first dog friendly apartment in Jan. 2009. On March 3rd, 2009, 3 days before my 23rd birthday, Kit came home to live with us. We got him from a breeder who breeds beautiful show papillons, but sold Kit on a pet contract because he's mismarked. He has a line of white along the outside of his left ear. Also, we didn't know this when we got him, but his right ear stayed floppy. So he couldn't have ever been shown, but I think his mismatched ears are adorable!
Bio:
Kit's an amazing dog! He's smart and sweet and loves to play. He's only been with us for less than a year, but I don't know what I'd ever do without him!

Hellos!
I haven't been updating my diary much lately. Well I'm a very busy dog!
Mom and Dad and I have been getting ready for all the holidays coming up! Dad's birthday is next Saturday! He's going to be 25, can you believe that he's that old?! Mom got him some DVD's and video games he wanted, and I got him a lego advent calander. It has pirate legos in it! BOL Dad likes legos and Mom started getting him their advent calanders every year for his birthday, but this year it's from me because it's pirate themed!
Out Christmas tree has been up since Nov. 1st and over the weeekend Dad and I picked out a Christmas present to Mom, from me! I looked at the pictures online and pointed to which one to get with my nose!

It's been so loud at our apartment lately, because the landlords are working on the apartment downstairs, getting it ready to put up for rent again because the last ppl moved out.
Mom said she's very proud of me, because I am hardly barking at all despite all the noise.

Today at the park, there was a guy with his border collie. The dog wasn't on a leash even though he should have been, and he ran up to smell me. Mom didn't mind so much because he seemed nice, and I love meeting other dogs. We where both just calmly sniffing each other when the owner of the border collie asked if I'm a male or female. Mom told him that I'm a male, and then right away he pushed his dog away from me and was like "let's go, it's a boy!".
Mom and I where confused. What does me being a boy have to do with anything? The other dog and I where getting along fine. The only things Mom can think of was maybe the other dog was aggressive to other males normally, in which case he should have been on a leash. Or maybe he likes to hump or something, and his owner would be embarrassed if he humped other boy? Who knnoows bol, but it was weird.
Then on the way walking home we walked by a lady with a white dog, looked like a Maltese or something, in a stroller. Umm what's the point of walking your dog in a stroller? Unless it's really old or can't walk or something...let the poor dog out of the stroller! Oh, and this dog was standing in the stroller going in circles and got all excited when Mom and I passed, so I don't think he/she was in there because it needed to be.
People are strange!
