 Quick Bio:
Likes: She likes belly rubs, sitting in the backyard, watching the birdies, playing with Penny and of course- eating!

Pet-Peeves: She dislikes car rides, the sound of thunder and the dreaded vacuum cleaner!

Favorite Toy: She enjoys playing with balls, stuffed animals, rope toys and hard bones.

Favorite Food: She likes soft kibble or treats, and basically anything edible!

Favorite Walk: She likes to walk around the neighborhood.

Best Tricks: She is great at entertaining herself with her toys; she likes to throw them in the air, and kick a tennis ball around in the backyard.

Arrival Story: She was surrendered to a shelter and was taken in by Penny Angels Beagle Rescue (PABR) in May of 2008. She was brought to Petsmart each week for beagle adoptions, but most people were interested in adopting a younger dog. We were happy when she found a home in July with another beagle, George. Both Molly and George stayed with our family for a few days in Dec. when their owner was not feeling well, and we prepared ourselves for the possibility that one or both dogs might be coming to stay with us permanently. When her owner's living situation changed, he asked us if we would take Molly into our home. We did not want Molly to have to go back into Rescue, so we gladly said yes! She has been an absolute joy! She has the cutest bark and is so playful; for an older gal, she has more energy than any of our other dogs! We love her dearly and know that she was meant to be with us at this time in our lives!

Bio: I was found as a stray when I was about 2 years old, and the family that found me decided to keep me for 8 long years. Then all of a sudden, they decided that they just did not have enough time for me. They said that I deserved to be with someone who could spend more time with me, so they surrendered me to the Cumberland County Animal Shelter. It surely does not make any sense to me! The people at the shelter contacted PABR, and they were nice enough to take me into Beagle Rescue. Each week I would go to Petsmart and show people how cute I was, but nobody seemed interested in adopting a 10 yr. old girl. I did not let it dampen my spirits, though. One day, a nice man who volunteers with PABR decided to adopt me as a friend for his beagle George because he had just recently lost his other dog. I lived with the nice man and George for 6 months, but then the man had to move and was only able to bring George with him. He really hated to let me go, but he found a great home for me! I now live with 5 other beagles and I am having the time of my life! I get to sleep (and snore) and run around the yard and eat with my new family! I was very lucky to become a permanent foster in my new home on 1-27-09!
