He's been in New York City now for about 2 months and he is loving the great dog run he goes to and all the sights and smells he sees everyday on Manhattan's east side. I am fostering him through the group Stray From the Heart. Also, he is 100% housetrained and walks great on the leash. Bio: Oscar is full of energy in the dog run and gets along with all dogs, big and small. At home though he is very quiet and stays on his blanket just watching or sleeping.
He is a shy dog and will need a patient owner who go slowly with him to help him settle into a new home. He has been great with kids he has met so far and he gets along with other dogs.
