Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: June 11th 2001
Likes: Splashing in water, playing in snow, and sleeping on Cindy's bed.

Pet-Peeves: Squirrels who run along the fence line.

Favorite Toy: Cindy's socks

Favorite Food: Cheese - almost any kind of cheese. Keeshond = Cheesehound!!

Favorite Walk: On Haleiwa Beach. Second favorite is the path through the big trees at sunset.

Best Tricks: Least favorite is "stay" - other than that, no particular favorite.

Arrival Story: The first time I remember Cindy's scent, I was very small...I wasn't even getting out of the den very much yet. I remember she picked me up and held me under her chin, and I thought she had a really good scent with other dog smells from her . And I thought she was really really gentle. I remembered her voice after that too. Every time she came to visit after that I remembered her. One day, Cindy and her friend Ronnie Sue came, and Ronnie Sue and my grandma breeder Marti put me through all these fun exercises. Cindy told me later it was a temperament test. Me 'n all my brothers and sisters got to do it, but I had way more fun with it. I didn't even think it was a test. In the den at Marti's, I was known as "Miss Red" cuz I wore a red collar. I was also famous for getting out of the whelping box at 17 days old!

Bio: I am the daughter of Miss Ronnie Sue's dog, Byrt, and Ella, who belongs to our friends Don and Mary. My bloodlines come out of the CarrKees Kennel. I was the third Keeshond that Cindy has had. When I was young, we went to a lot of dog shows and had great fun with it. I have one brother dog in the Snow Pack, his name is Barney, he's a mixed breed terrier. I am a survivor of the Hawaii State Quarantine system. When we moved to Hawaii, cindy didn't have much advance notice and me n' Barney had to dog it out for 120 days. My Cindy's very active in dog stuff, she's competed in agility, obedience, confirmation, she's worked on tracking tests and water dog tests, she used to be a CGC evaluator. She works full time as a system engineer for a defense project but she also has a part time job as a pet nutrition specialist.

Our Cindy served in the Navy...but even if she had not, the Snow Pack would be howling out a salute to those who protect and defend us, including the pawsome military workings!
There was a great story today just had to share...

I always find it amusing when the humans devote so much time, energy, and even their money to these "studies" which confirm what we dogs have always, always known.
Too bad they don't know how to use their intuition...but at least they do get the point eventually.
