My life as Dixie.
I'm home again.July 9th 2009 7:08 pm[ Leave A Comment | 3 people already have ] Can you believe I was returned to my foster parents? Well let me tell you what happened. See my new people have a prissy little Dachshund at their house. She didn't like me and guess what? I didn't like her. My new parents kept trying to get us to be friends but it just didn't work. Now the best thing would have been to send Miss Priss away but oh noooooo. They brought me back here instead. Can you magine that? Well the joke's on Miss Prissy Dachshund cause I like it here. My foster parents think I am a beauty and my foster brothers and sisters are just perfect. WeLLLLL not perfect maybe but they are Ok. Mom says I should not be sad because they will find me another home. One where I am the only Princess. Sounds good to me. For now I'll just get hugs and cuddles from my foster parents and I'll be happy.
Leave A Comment | 3 people already have I would like more information on adopting dixie. How much is she,how and where can I file for adoption for her. How do you get them where they are going? We live in Western NY. we have adopted a rescure dachshund named Sport for our dixie but he is 1yr and she was 14yrs. she was lonely after we put her mom to sleep. Now after two months of Sport having a sister we had to put her to sleep also. She now has joined her brother and her mother forever. Now Sport is lonely and misses her an awful lot. This is why we are looking for another female to adopted. Sporty is a real good boy and I know he would love a sister around his age to play with. He is very lively and would love to have a sister to play with him. So If you could furnish me with some more information and answeres to my questions I will gladly seriously consider adopting Dixie for a for every home. I had Dixie,Doxie and Molly from the time they were 8wks and molly the mother was 2yrs when we got them. When we put them to sleep due to age and medical reasons. they were 12,and two were 14yrs. Mother and daughter had narcolepsy from the time they were born. That did not matter we loved them all equal.
