We has been wonderin' how my pal Berkley has been. She's not a dogster pal, she's a down the street neighbor pal. I hasn't got to see her in a long time because our peoples has all been busy. Anywoof, her peoples was goin' away this weekend and they asked us to check in on her fur them. I was happy to see my old time pal! Unfurtunately it was rainy and windy fur most of the weekend. Poor Berkley doesn't do so good in the rain. She's a tiny thing with short hair (rat terrier) and gets cold really quickly (at least compared to me).

On Safurday, Ma would watch fur a break in the rain to take us fur a walk. She would watch and watch and watch! Finally we figured out the rain wasn't gonna give us any breaks! We just had to walk in the rain. Usually ma doesn't bother with an umbrella, she just wears a raincoat. But with Berkley we brought a big golf umbrella. Poor Berkley still got all wet, cold and whiney. She was a shiverin'! So ma picked her up and had me on leash with umbrella in hand. When we got back to our street she let me off leash fur one less thing to hold. Berkley was gettin' heavy! We got Berkley back to her house then headed fur home. Now the wind came up and blew the umbrella inside out! But ma got the wind to fix it back up the right way. What a walk that was!

Sunnyday was a little better. We at least had a dry patch when we started our mornin' walk. And we met up with our good neighbor friend lady and her dog, Milo! But the rain chased us home and we got a tad wet at the end. Wellwoof, at least we are not just fair weather furiends!

I am sorry you had rain!

In England where I am for that last 4 days before going back to OK... it was a glorious Spring weekend ! Go check out the pics on the trip site PepperMum !

In OK it is getting very warm again. There has been wildfires and its going to be a hot dry summer again. We need rain there badly.

Hey FlickaMum! My mum would luv to see the pics! When you have a chance, can you send the details on how to do that?

We heard about the wildfires in OK and thought of you and all your boys. Between Japan and Libya that was not gettin' a whole lotta coverage last week. Hope you and yours are not harmed and stay well and safe! Wish we could share some of our Cali rain with OK! Hugs!

We can share some of our rains, too...we had over an inch yesterday! Dullsville here today, too...

But yes, we have to be furends to our pals in all kinds of conditions and weather...is that why love is 'unconditional'?? BOL!

Wow bet your mom was pretty tired after all the wet walks. That was sweet of her to try to protect the little pup from the rain and carry her!
We had perfect weather here, Sunny in the 80's. Mom & me went for hike on Friday, I will write about it later in my diary!

Thanks everypup! Yes, Jojo, Berkley should have a coat and ma has mentioned it to her mom. But fur some reason they are not into that. Maybe we will just have to give it to her as a gift!
