My tail's a bit droopy. We got a reply back from the dock divin' lady. And the response was, "Hang tight". Hang tight?!! What?! No, "Happy to have ya"? No, "Sure you can join, welcome"?! Just a "Hang tight"?!

The folks did talk to her a little about the team last year. She expressed bein' a little disappointed in the existin' team members. They were just comin' to the monthly practices then not signin' up fur the competitive events. This was not how she envisioned the team. So she mentioned perhaps havin' a club fur folks who are not necessarily infurested in competitions and a team for those who are. So maybe that is all still bein' hashed out. But waitin' and "hanging tight", not my(or ma's) strong suits. But we gotta do it!

I'm volunteering with Zoe and Zaidie to help with the convincing that lady. And it's all Top Secret Classified Terrieristic Information, but it might involve some big sad eyes. If that doesn't work, it's on to step 2.
