Arrival Story:
My boyfriend's friend was working at a construction site for 4 days. They noticed a truck without any license plates or identification tags. Inside, was Miles. They didn't know what kind of person would leave this puppy inside or if they were even coming back, so each day, they'd open the truck feed him and put him back in. At the 4th day, they decided this person had no intentions of returning, so my boyfriend's friend took him. They took him to get cleaned and groomed since he had been sleeping in his own fecies and urine for quite some time. The friend couldn't keep him, since he had a pitbull, a 4 year old, 18 month old, and a baby on the way, so that is when he called my boyfriend. We immediatley fell in love with this puppy. He loves everybody, inlcuding other dogs, and I am so thankful that we were able to give him a better life. I wanted to name him Jackson since he was found in Jackson, NJ. But ultimatley, we decided on Miles (hence miles in a car). At his first vet visit he did great! He didn't even notice when the vet was giving him his shots, and best of all- he had no worms, no vision problems, or hearing problems. He's perfectly healthy and we love him!!
