Arrival Story:
A friend was working at a construction site for 4 days. They noticed a truck without any license plates or identification tags. Inside, was Miles. They didn't know what kind of person would leave this puppy inside or if they were even coming back, so each day, they'd open the truck feed him and put him back in. At the 4th day, they decided this person had no intentions of returning, so our friend took him home that day. Usually, Petco requires paperwork before seeing a dog, but they took him in graciously to give him a nice bath and nail trim. He had been in his own fecies and urine for quite some time and was filty. The friend couldn't keep him, since he had a pitbull, a 4 year old, 18 month old, and a baby on the way, so that is when he called us. I immediatley fell in love with this puppy. He loves everybody, inlcuding other dogs, and I am so thankful that we were able to give him a better life. After his first visit, we got good news.....he had no worms, no vision/hearing problems. By looking at his teeth, the vet said he was about 5 months. Giving him a birthday of Oct 17, 2008. I didn't know what breed he was so I did the DNA test... It came back as English Coonhound, German Shepard, and Siberian Huskey.
