Arrival Story:
Originally, my family were intending to breed from Mia, our first hamiltonstovare, however, when she didn't become pregnant the first time, the second time, we realised it wouldn't be a good idea, since with the recession, no one wants to buy puppies.
So we spoke to the owner of the stud dog about the fact that we were looking at other hamiltonstovare breeders, and discovered she had rescued this lovely boy (originally called Butch) from a terrible home in Ireland. We decided after a long discussion to take him on, so, after he was castrated, he came straight to us, and we haven't regretted it!
