Sigh, what's in a name.

Mom still calls me Poker, she can't help it. When I was her foster I was Poker and she isn't able to switch. Sis calls me Roam or Roamer... I don't respond to that as well. Mom isn't sure it is because it is Sis, who isn't as stern, or because she is calling me Roamer.

I bet that Mom win's out and I end up being Poker again. What do you think?

Message from Mom

Okay guys, just because the cats knock down my stuffed lion from the top of the TV stand does NOT mean it is a tug-of-war toy. You got it? You Doggs are soooo lucky Leo is still in one piece. I swear I'll "defluff" you guys if I find one hole!!

Our Special Guests

We all have special guests in our home. Mom brought home a Kitty Mama and her five kittens on May 14th. We get to foster these kittens until they are old enough to be put up for adoption. Mom is really excited since she hasn't had a Momcat and her kittens since last years litter of 7. Mom says they became a real handful running about and doing kitten stuff. Mom gets to name these kittens but she says she won't name them until they are bigger and their personalities show. Mom thinks she is going to make a catster page just for them so she can share all the fun stuff.

Mom cat is really nice and doesn't mind anyone coming in to give her a hand with the kittens. They are in the closet of the spare bedroom right now but in a week or so Mom with let Mom cat out for a break. She snuck out once and mom found her in the living room with the dogs like she owned the place so she isn't worried about Mom and the rest of the family. Chessie can't wait until he can help mother the kittens. Mom will probably let him in to see Mom and kittens before everyone else.

We had to give my diary Revolution

Yes, it had a flea and HQ had to get rid of everything. I saved some of my diary entries so I could put them back in but they are all dated today!

I'm not sure why my diary got fleas, Mom was pretty sure it was treated before it came on our page. Luckily none of our other diary's got the fleas.

Thank you HQ for getting me the flea meds so quickly.

Our new pawsome page and the IE bug

If you use Internet Explorer and have stopped by our pages only to not be able to see any thing give Gypsy's diary a read. IE had a bug which kept it from seeing the same thing as Mom saw in Firefox.

Mom says sorry, she should have been checking IE. She knows better than to assume it reads CSS correctly.

The Treadmill

Today Mom remembered that when I was a foster I enjoyed the treadmill. Today Mom put me on again, it was a little bit rocky as I had to remember how to walk on it properly but within a minute I was trucking along loose leash. It was AWESOME. Mom can't walk us much because she is disabled and she had almost forgotten about the treadmill on the porch.

I Love to PLAY!

We went to our monthly Meetup today. I love to play with the other dogs and the fence is made so doggies like me don't get out. Mom won't let me anywhere off leash without a tall fence and a inward topper on top so no dogpark visits for me. That makes me sad.

Another name change!

Well, Mom just didn't like Roamin, it just didn't set right with her. She decided, with much protest from her daughter, do change it again to Roamer. Personally, I don't care what I'm called. I've had so many names I'll respond to anything!
