when i was a baby little children always picked me up and they would drop me by accident or pull my lil tail. now they scare me a whole bunch.

Favorite Food:
it used to be canine carry-outs until my new roomie, snuggles, was diagnosed with food allergies. now snuggles and i receive no treats =(

Favorite Walk:
it used to be lake eola, orlando...but we moved and now i love when my mom 'n dad take me to huntington beach. oooooh, and i love it when mommy and her friends take me to beverly hills. i'm a hit there. people always wanna pet me. yay!

Best Tricks:
spinning and bang-bang...i drops down on my back. people love to see me do this. =)

Arrival Story:
I went to Sportman's Kennel in LI to purchase a puppy...maybe 8-10 weeks old. Then I saw mocha. She was already 7 months and no one had adopted her yet. They didn't know what they were going to do with her. "No one wants a 7 month old puppy" they said. She was 2.5 lbs...smaller than the 10 week old male yorkie they had. I just thought she needed to be loved, nurtured, and fed. She had the prettiest face I'd ever seen on a yorkie and I just couldn't bear the thought of her being there forever without a mommy that would love her. Think of how many strangers would pick her up and play with her and put her down...one by one her pen mates would be purchased but not her...she had a high price tag on her in 1998 and ppl didn't want to spend that amount. Luckily, we talked them down and now it's been 6 years and we're both happy.

Mocha's lived in Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Orlando, and now resides in Huntington Beach, CA.
