Pet-Peeves: Not getting to eat every time I ask for food.

Favorite Toy: The black bobo

Favorite Food: Anything and everything, but my parents won't give me people food.

Favorite Walk: To the dog park!

Best Tricks: Sit, fetch

Arrival Story: My parents found me at the Marion County Dog Shelter. They fell in love with me the moment they saw me. Can't say I blame them. No one knows how I got to the shelter. Someone found me wondering the streets. My parents really love me and keep telling me that it was a God thing that they got to adopt me. I feel so lucky to have my new family.

Bio: I love to run, jump, play and eat anything in sight. I worry my mom all the time because I always find things to eat that she says aren't good for me. I have a big brother named Harrisen. He is trying to teach me how to be a good boy. He is pretty nice to me most of the time, but sometimes I get on his nerves. When he barks at me, I know he has had enough, at least for a little while anyway.

Well I have been with my family for two months now and what an adventure I have had.
First off, I love, love, love my new family. And they love me despite all my faults. My biggest fault being that I can't stand to be away from my new family. I know I shouldn't be a big baby, but I am scared they might never come back. They always do, but something inside me worries about it. First they tried putting me in a crate, but that didn't work. I escaped with my Houdini expertise. Then they tried reinforcing the crate and I escaped again. I told them I trained with Houdini, but they wouldn't listen. They tried again and this time I cart-wheeled my crate down a 30 foot hallway until I got the crate door open. Shhh, don't tell my secret. So they put my crate inside a 6 foot kennel. I escaped again out of my crate and I scaled the 6 foot kennel fence. And to show them I was angry about this situation, I destroyed tons of stuff in the garage. Boy, they weren't happy, but I tried to warn them.
So after all this, my mommy agreed to let me stay in the house with my big brother Harrisen. I don't think Harrisen was too happy, but I thought he might enjoy my company. Well I still wasn't happy inside and I showed this to my parents by shredding a bunch of papers, including their Bible study homework, hehehe. Then I tipped over a chair and started to destroy it too. But I got bored with that. Over the last two weeks I have torn up a bunch of stuff. My parents keep leaving me anyway. My mom just cleans it up and loves on me. I think she might be a little crazy or is just blinded by my love. I really do want to please her. I haven't been destroying as much stuff lately. Maybe I will get used them leaving for a couple of hours.
Don't get me wrong, they don't leave me alone for very long, but I want to go wherever they go. We have so much fun together.
Speaking of fun, we go to dog park every day. I get to play with my new friends. I have a great time. I love to play chase and keep-away. If you ever come to the Keizer Rapids Dog Park, I am the grey dog with the green collar. Come and chase me and we will have a grand time!
