Arrival Story:
We found Titus at the local animal shelter when he was 5 months old. We weren't sure we were ready to adopt yet, having just lost our old friend, Rocky, to liver cancer. Titus was SO smart and beautiful though, we kept going back to the shelter to visit him. His name at the shelter was "Carl", but we always rename our shelter dogs, and my son named him "Titus" after the comedian Christopher Titus. We brought him home on Valentine's Day and he's grown up into a fine, intelligent, devoted friend and an excellent role model for Valentine (who joined us exactly one year later).

Bio:
Titus has blue spots on his tongue - when he was a puppy, they were in the shape of a paw print, but they've blurred as he's grown. He is extremely smart and eager to learn - if I can get him over his water phobia, I would like to explore more extensive training with him.
