Arrival Story:
Rowan came from the National Brittany Rescue and Adoption Network. His name was Draco, but it didn't fit him, so it was changed to Rowan. His first family was a military family. He was an outside dog for the first year and a half of his life. The family was stationed in Germany, so they surrendered him to NBRAN.
