Favorite Toy: Anything. Whatever was in his mouth.
Favorite Food: Anything. Whatever he could get his mouth on.
Favorite Walk: The beach, woods, the park
Best Tricks: He had a unique voice. He could say Food and Out.
Arrival Story: In 1969 he was running the streets. It was a very harsh winter and he was short coated. Mailmen would let him in buildings to get warm, people would bring food to the lobby for him. I first saw him when he approached a female dog. He was very thin but so sweet. I tried to catch him but he was too fast. I tried for days and finally got a leash on him. He was a pecks bad boy getting into as much trouble as he could. He was so lovable he kissed everything and everybody. Passing people sitting on stairs, he'd kiss them. He kissed every package we brought into the house.
Bio: Although he was mid sized and very compact, the Vet said he had Doberman sized teeth. He didn't start fights but he could finish them. He once beat up a Great Dane. He was full grown when we got him and never knew his real age.
