Birthday: March 15th 2008 Arrival Story: A rose by any other name would still be
this sweet. Rosie has come back to CBR-East since she is was very fearful of the men in her new home. We will be looking for an all female home for Rosie to go to.
Rosie is one of the very lucky and special girls who was released just before Christmas from a laboratory research facility. She is one of our "1-kidney" girls who was used to help in kidney transplant research, and is now ready to live a wonderful life in her retirement. That facility provided Rosie with a second chance at a great life and she is on her way to do that right now. Bio: Rosie is absolutely adorable, and loves other dogs. Unfortunately, with so much of the world being new to her, she is afraid of much of it. :( She would do best in a home with another dog, and preferably with all women (or just one woman) where she can slowly be introduced to the world. If you want an active, outgoing dog to travel the world with you, Rosie would not be your girl. Even just a walk around the block may be too much for this little girl at first! If you have a very quiet home with no children or men, and are looking for a friend to spend time with, Rosie may be your girl. She is cratetrained and working on her housetraining, and will need a home to help her overcome her fears with time, love and patience. I've Been On Dogster Since:
