I've been tagged by my friend Sweetie and have to say what kind of ice cream I am. Mommy and Daddy discussed this, and they think that I am Butterscotch flavor! Now I get to tag 5 friend's and see what kind of ice cream they are. Hope they want to have fun and play. ;)

I am just so excited today! I have been voted Terrier of the Month for the group Top Terriers!! This will be a very special August for me! A special heartfelt thanks to everyfur that voted for me! I love you guys!

Here goes:

1. What is the color of your collar?
I don't wear a collar most of the time- I only wear one for walking and it is a chain collar because I can be a handful ;)
2. What kind of food do you eat?
Right now I am eating Orijen 6 fresh fish. I also get some Wellness 95% grain free canned mixed with my breakfast.
3. What are your favorite treats?
I will eat anything ;) right now mom has bought me some wellness treats.
4. Do you have a Valentine or significant other?
No- I have 2 cats- Tasha & TT that I spend my time with.
5. Do you get table scraps?
Just a taste sometimes- I have really sad puppy eyes.
6. What is your favorite toy?
I have stuffed animals- when mommy or daddy come home- I run and get one and march around the house with it. I never rip my stuffed animals.
7. When is your birthday?
I don't know. The shelter said I was probably 1 1/2 when I was adopted- so we counted back and came up with Nov 1st 2000.
8. Do you have a favorite color?
Brindle!
9. How many times a day do you eat?
3- breakfast, lunch & dinner
10. Do you have a favorite celebrity dog or human?
Hmmmm... We admire many- but don't really have a favorite.

Hmmmmm....
1. I am an ambassador for my breed.
2. I am very afraid of flashing lights- camera's terrify me! Fireworks are fine- just don't flash any lights around me.
3. I broke a tooth once chewing on a bone (it was a synthetic bone made for dogs) and had to have the broken tooth pulled.
4. I lick my feet. I have allergies, I can't help it ;)
5. I rip up the mail every day- we have a mail slot, and I grab the mail and destroy it.
6. I am not a picky eater- anything goes.
7. I don't like the beach- what is the point? I am not going into that water!

Well, we celebrate today as my birthday. Nobody knows what day my real birthday is, or how old I truly am.
On August 19, 2001, Mommy & Daddy adopted me from the shelter. I had been at the shelter for 3 months waiting to be noticed. The shelter guessed that my age was 1 1/2 when I got there- so we chose November for my birthday.
Here is some of the information the shelter put on my cage:
Dog's Name: Blank- I had no name!
Reason for surrender: Can't take care of
Where did you get this dog: Kids gave dog to my son
How long has she lived with you: 1 week
Is she housebroken: Blank
Has she ever bitten anyone: no
Is she destructive when alone: no
What is special about your dog: Friendly
The shelter named me Sasha- and Daddy wanted to keep that name for me.
I am a very lucky girl.
Today I am 10 years old!

Hi Everypup!
I have been tagged by my sweet friend Abbey!
I need to name 10 things I love:
1) Walking- I love to go for walks- mom takes me everyday unless it is raining
2) Eating. I get Orijen dry and EVO 95% canned- yummy stuff!
3) Riding in the car- who doesn't?
4) My cats. They are pretty cool as far as cats go ;)
5) My bed. I have an orthopedic bed with a heating pad in it and a fluffy comforter to make a nest out of.
6) Hot Laundry. When mommy gets the laundry out of the dryer, I like for her to put it on top of me!
7) Sunbathing. In summertime I bake myself out on the deck, my tummy actually tans!
8) Attacking the mail. Not the mailman, he is okay- I have a real problem with the mail slot and the mail that comes into the house uninvited.
9) Massages. Mommy & Daddy give me wonderful massages.
10) Mommy & Daddy. They do everything for me and I love them for it!

I went to the VET this morning- they shaved a part of my back and stuck a "fentanyl patch" on me. This is supposed to help me with my pain~~ surgery for my torn ACL is tomorrow.
I have to start wearing my new e-collar today, to keep me from removing my patch. Mom got me one of those blow up ones~~ pics to come ;)
I will only have to wear it when nobody is watching me, I would never remove my patch right in front of mommy or daddy~ I'm a good girl you know!

Mom & Dad just got the call- my surgery went well~ it took about 45 minutes in total. Dr. Clark said I had 100% tear with a little meniscus (cartilidge) breakdown.
I was dropped off at 7:30 this morning~ without having breakfast :( And I won't be able to come home until around 6:30 tonight.
I am enoying my pain medications right now~~ they will wean me off of them throughout the day.
I can't wait to come home ;)

I am home now, but I am not feeling so good...
I can't walk on my own, Mommy & Daddy have to help me...

I had a rough night last night~ I cried all night. I feel better now that the anesthesia has worn off though ;)
Mom brought me breakfast in bed! Then she teamed up with Daddy to bring me outside, Daddy gets the back & Mom takes the front. They put a towel under my belly to help me out.
Mom was surprised that they did not wrap my leg at all~ she took a pic for my page ;)
I am on the road to recovery now! The vet said that I may be able to start physical therapy soon, she said some dogs start in just 5 days!! Daddy is going to call today and see about getting me started.
Daddy is home all day with me today to help me out and keep me company~ yay!
