Bishop and his sister Lucy were rescued from a mother dog who had too many puppies and couldn't feed them all. He and his sister were taken home to be playmates with a young French Bulldog named Pablo.

Bishop is more outgoing than his sister Lucy - he visits with everyone at the Dog Park (humans and dogs).
