We got Sweetie as a rescue from "Paws" rescue at petsmart. She was named Squirtle but didn't know it and had been left to strarve in her prior owner's back yard.

Bio:
She was very shy and wouldn't eat and hid most of the time when she first came home with us but now she loves to be loved on and played with.

A Dog's Life by Sweetie


He's Just Dandy

Today we met the saddest little dog you have ever seen. He was cowed down in the back of his kennel at the animal control. Well we knew we couldn't leave him there any longer. He had been at the pound since he was 6 months old and now he's a little over a year old. Sweetie thinks he's just dandy. Funny thing is that's his name, Dandy, and he is.

 

A new brother for Sweetie

We are going today to Lockhart Animal Shelter to see Dandy. A Chow Lab mix to see if he and Sweetie will get along together and be good friends. Wish us luck.
