1 yr old :)

I turned 1 yesterday... wow what a year we have had. Moving from the eugene area to John Day valley.... wow what a long trip to go on to meet my new mommy & daddy.
A couple months with my new family & we move to a new house.
Now I'm a year old & still queen of the house.
I love going to the nursing home to see Peggy.. Really love to go see my papa.... he's my favorite person - next to mom & dad.
Still not so sure about those big dogs {mom calls them horses} - but I make sure to bark my oppinion at them any chance I get.

Will be 5 months in 2 days!

Well we are all settled in the new house & I'm already the "Princess" of the house! I love going outside & attacking the bugs... Sooooo many bugs.. so little time to pounce on them. Momma has to be careful when she says the word "outside" - cause I will go nuts.
Potty training is hard... I like my piddle pads.. thats what I have used since I came home. It was soooo cold when I came to my new home. I'd never been in so much snow. But I'm learning.
I love to sleep in the rocker with mommy... we love our mid mornin' naps. When mom goes to play on the computer - i have to bring ALL my toys in where she is... and i mean ALL of them. especially my new duck toy... i have to keep an eye on that one at all times..
I'm growing & my ears are going up.. Mom says i act like a cat... hmmm how dare she!
Well.. i'm off to head outside... mommy said the magic word..

4 1/2 months

Well we are 4 1/2 months old now & have finally got all moved into the new house. Precious adjusted better than we did. Very smart girl.
It was so cold when we first go her that we had to use piddle pads to start house training. She's awesome about using them but we want her to start going outside now.. so if anyone has advice on the next step please let me know


She's growing like a weed & getting smarter by the day. She now can jump up on the bed from the ground so no more steps next to the bed to trip over.

day 2

Day 2 is on its way.
Precious is amazing. She's getting braver by the day. Exploring further & further down the hall. She loves to be the center of attention.. & knows where I am at all times. We fell in love with her instantly. & are sooooo thankful to Rick & Shelly for letting us have her.
She is getting more & more used to papa.... but still keeps her safe zone next to momma.. she loves to park at my feet & just look at me. she is extremely intellegent. Learns everything very quick.
She's still scared of the horses but we dont push the issue. Once she is used to everything else - then we will bring the horses into her life.
