My First Day Home

My Photoshoot

My first photoshoot was taken the very first day I came home. I was laying on my comfy little brown bed when she told me to look at her and SNAP! it flashed. You can see some of the pictures she took right on my page. I was terrified, I had no idea what she was doing, but I trusted my mom, so then I began posing =D and those pics were the beginning of a new scrap book she made just for me. I wish I can show you all what a wonderful job she did. She must really love this little guy, but I make sure I return the love :-)

I'ts amazing how much time my mommie took to make that book. I remember laying on her bed, sometimes late at night just watching as she was cutting and pasting all the pictures and all the stickers she bought to make it special. She'd cut a ribbon, make a stamp, glue some letters, paste a quote, write a date, view some pics, grab some more, look at me and say..baby I love you :-) and all of this...for me.

It took her close to seven months to finally finish my piece of work, and when she was done, I was the first one to take the very first look at my entire album. I was very impressed and soo excited she would do this just for me. I knew from the first moment I met her, she was something especial. I wouldn't want it any other way. That's why I show her everyday how much I love her =)

I hope you are as lucky as I am.

Loving Home

It was a cold Monday afternoon on December 17, 2007 the day I arrived to my home sweet home. I was two weeks and seven days old, anxious, scared, excited about meeting my new family. I was told they were going to love me but I had no idea how much. I was laying in my little cage over shreded newspaper riding on my way there when I first saw her. I was afraid she wouldn't love me, but when I met her eyes I knew she was the mother I had dreamed of. She opened the cage and as nervous as I was, I curled back as if she was going to pull me, but to my surprise, she picked me up, took me in her cozy arms and kissed me like she'd been waiting for me her whole life. Ever since that moment I knew my life had changed.

She took me in her house and it was then when I first met my granpaw =) he seemed like a nice guy. I was unfamiliar with my sorroundings but I sensed it was a warm loving home. A few minutes later I went back outside for a new ride to meet my cousins. When I arrived, my mommie put me down on the carpet...YES the carpet...I couldn't help but go wee-wee--hey! I was a baby and had to go =) that was my first mishap but I got away with it that time =) I ran around the house playing and hiding from my new cousins, they seemed to love it. After a while my mom took me back home, and as the door opened my grandma came to greet me. They were just as excited as I was, playing with me and my new toys, they seemed like they had it all planned out for me and I loved it. Soon it became night and time for my first night with my new mommie in my new home. =)
