Arrival Story: We got Cash in Coos Bay Oregon in May 2001 when he was a puppy and we loved him very much from then on. He was near perfect he did'nt chew up the furniture and he was never much trouble. He was a great friend who was there for you when you were sad trying to cheer you up with his big smile and lots of bullie kisses we took him to all kinds of places in Oregon,Washington, and California, the snow in the mountains, the beaches, he had birthday cake and presents on his birthday we gave him the best life we could. At 7 years old he was diagnosed with a heart murmur. 3 months before his 8th birthday on December 7, 2008 we took him on a trip to my brother's apartment. When we left his place Cash was walking and fell down on the pavement I picked him up and my husband looked at him and said he was'nt breathing he took him from me and he tried CPR but it was too late his heart had stopped it was very sudden and unexpected. He got to see my brother one last time whom he loved and he was with both of us at least he was'nt alone but it still was one of the most devastating days of both our lives and Cash was loved like he was a son my husband got his paw dipped in ink and got his name and paw tattooed on his chest. I still say goodnight to him every night his ashes are with us. He was loved very much and will always be loved and missed.

Cash used to like to sleep in the downstairs closet, sometimes he would choose to sleep on his bed, couch or on the stairs during the day and at night he would sleep in bed with us. He would sleep on my pillows above my head when he was'nt buried under the covers. He used to sit in front of the oven and wait until his chicken was done. He would say roo roo for his chicken and hard boiled eggs that's why we sometimes called him Mr.Roo. He used to put his toys in my purse or my husband's work bag and it would be funny to find them later like he wanted us to think of him while we were out.
