Hi, my name is Blade and I was just rescued from an area pound (2/27/2009). AARF took me to the vet to get some shots and they discovered that I am heartworm positive! They will have to do heartworm treatment on me and keep me quiet for 6 weeks. I am a beautiful red husky boy around 2-3 years old with blue eyes and AARF couldn't leave me behind at the pound to die just because I was sick! So, please help them raise the funds to do my heart worm treatment.. It is going to cost them around $300.00. If you want to provide me a quiet home to recovery in, contact them. Thanks for the generous support of my friends, I received my first heartworm treatment in March and just received the 2nd on 4/7. I will be going to get a heartworm check on 4/21/09. Keep your fingers crossed.
