At the pet store there were two cages. One with annie's litter mates and one with annie. Annie sat there looking out with the look that she knew I'd take her home. When I took her out of her cage she put both paws around my neck and licked my cheek.

She was named after a great dog annie, a beagle who was hit by a car.
