Arrival Story:
I saw an add in the paper for a red nose pitbull litter and couldn't resist going to see them at the farm they lived on. I hadn't really meant to get one yet, but Athena stole my heart. She is very shy and had been hiding behind a bail of hay. I knew this special little girl needed a good home. The breeder said someone had tried to buy her right before me in order to fight her, the woman drove up the price until the guy left. I was so happy to be the one who took her home. She is my sweet baby and I am so proud of her. She is super shy and always watches people from behind my legs. When she decides to say "hi", it is usually with her tongue and when noone is looking.
