My Return to Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue

Howdy everyone Pete here and boy do I have news for you!!
I am becoming a new man I tell ya!! The foster family I am staying with has 4 other boxers and guess what?? I have learned to get along with them all, and actually have a great time with them!!! They have a one year old boxer that I get along the best with, me an him play fetch, tug of war and wrestle and run around non-stop!! They really help me get all my energy out! I have not had any accients in the house-I know how to go to the door when I need to, and I really love my crate. I go right in and never make a peep! I love nylabones and tennis balls...Playing fetch is the BEST, my foster family has nicknamed me the bird because I can jump so high in the air! I have learned to sit, stay, come, and share....that was a hard one for me, but I did it :-)
The other day we had snow and boy do I love that stuff!! I also love to play in the water and go on hikes!! Long hikes are the best!! If you think you have the love time and energy for a big lovable guy like me put in your application! I will be waiting!!

Hey guys Pete here! Yes, you guessed it, I was returned to the rescue. I am a big boy with tons of that boxer energy and I was too clumbsy for the family that adopted me so I am back to find a new family that will tolerate my being clumbsy...Also I need to be worked with. I know basic commands but somone needs to be patient enough to teach me manners-like how to control my jumping...I'm sorry, I just get SO excited!!!!My current foster family has started, but it will need to continue so I can be the best dog I can be. I also am picky about other dogs. I won't go after them if they don't bother me, but I am uneasy with them being in my face...Slow intros would be best, or a home with no other dog so there is more time to work on my training one on one. I also want to say I am a total lap dog!! I don't know how big I am so please be prepared for that :-) I'll be waiting for you!
