Arrival Story:
We saw Champ at the animal shelter one weekend and fell in love with him. He wasn't going to be up for adoption until later that week. It's first come first serve at that point and another couple wanted him as well! So my husband got up bright and early to be the first one camped out! And it worked! We were able to take home Champ! We think it was meant to be, b/c 4 days later he was diagnosed with Parvo :( We had him hospitalized and treated him very aggressively for the virus. A week later he was able to come home and had survived the battle! We knew there was a reason we were the ones that adopted him, we needed to save his life!
