Arrival Story: I had an older male who needed a companion so I was looking for a less than year or close to it Rottweiler purebred and pampered and show quality, Some people called me and wanted to know if I would be interested in their dog they had to get him into a new home because , because, because all I saw were two little girls and an inexperienced couple with a father gone to work and stay at home Mom, I really think this pup had them all buffaloed, anyway when he got out of the truck he never looked back he went to Brutus and started playing and came to me and made me realize he was mine, after I paid for him and took him to the vet he had worms, skinny not too but thin and a bruised shoulder from jumping off a too high deck, lower eye lids that required surgery to fix, his coat felt rough after having Brutus whose fur is so soft it was well, different, plus he had a fright of things thrown or near his head, it took a while to get him into shape, I loved his pedigree and his bloodline was all kraut, that was great the personality I could help, he growled allot and got pisssy when you tried to hug him, so I wasn't quite as trusting as with old Brutus, I didn't need to worry Brutus got to work right away and let Moose know what was up at our house, and Moose paid attention like a good student, now he is at home he is quiet, calm not jumpy anymore and no growl it has turned to a purr to let you know he likes what you are doing brushing ,hugging or petting, I think with two little girls in the home the other owners were real Leary of a growing monster like Moose and decided before things became a lawful issue they would sell him, I had my work cut out and so did Brutus but we have a better Moose now, the time he growls now is if you stop petting him and he is not done getting affection, and the head shyness is better I think someone thumped him on the head I know he is hard headed but he does pay attention, he has a real non shalant way about him, cocky and proud but under control he is my dog and now Brutus has all of my husbands affection and Moose has mine our house is happy and in the middle of it all there is a cat and he is still alive no problems, especially for two Rotts who looked at a cat as food, everyone has their place and boundaries are respected by all.

WOW what a summer in Alaska it has been great I have gone camping and swimming and playing with the squeekiest ball calling seaguls and romping just having fun all summer long, it is cooling off now a bit but still nice . I just got back from camping at Anderson Ak for the annual blue grass festival so many people stopped bye to say how andsome I was and they thought Brutus looked good to for 12 yrs old, but since this is about me I loved all the attention and the praise, I must say we were verry well behaved and stayed right were we were supposed to when our owner left to enjoy the music we couldn't go in there but we could hear it . We were there for 3 days and what a treat we got so much attention and the food my gosh it was good. I got to play with my ball and watch girls go by mmmm so many I minded my maners and just looked in quiet admoration. There were some forest fires in Alaska this summer and the smoke a few times even got to me my eyes burned and I coughed and sneesed quite a bit but it is better now, my sinuses are feeling allot better and I'm snoring like usual, I'm loud too. I love my family and would not go away for nothing even though I like to explore I always know were home is, I get along with everyone who crosses my path, if they are gruff I give them plenty of room, not that I'm a woose but just causious. Sorry I haven't had anything great till now to say but woof woof to all I'm almost 5 years old and I rock . I have a b-day the 25 th of Aug.
I can't believe it but Spring finally came now if the darn snow would melt it would be easier to play, but jumping from deep snow to deeper snow is fun , tunneling under the snow and then popping up is even more fun, also it cools me off you know I'm 3 going on 4 yrs old and looking for a girlfriend, I saw huskies and Labs and retrievers but no Rottweiler girls the others are fun but not my type so I ignore them, my owner told me those kind of girls would get me in trouble so I just watch them when they walk by my house or I see them at the dog park, I'm not allowed to run up to them my owner said I might get bit and that would hurt bad, I sure hope soon I will have a girl friend, I do have intentions and I would make her happy if for just a short while, because I'm just loyal to my owner, besides the more the better, I'm finally getting a handsome face I was an acne teenager but that is all gone and I shine well like patten leather, I might go to a dog show soon depends on my attitude cause sometimes I just forget that I'm supposed to do, and day dream, that is not good and I get in trouble I try so hard but sometimes I just don't know what gets into me, I must be frustrated, I'm sure lonely, or needy for a girlfriend. Probably the latter cause I big and bad and black and Tan I'm all that and that is a fact Jack.
there back there back we came home yesterday and it was wonderful.
It had been too long to stay at the hotel, the wind had been blowing sooooo much and with them gone it sucked to say the lease for me any way Brutus gets along with anything he just backs and runs back and forth, he was glad to see mom and Dad as well but not like me I just can't stand it when she is gone from me my mistress.
