Arrival Story:
I found sharkey while I was walking around west Philthadelphia and heard squeeking in a pile of trash. She was a tiny, starved little puppy in a box under bags of trash. I thought I was just going to foster her for a while, but she's a very special girl and requires a very patient person. I never found an appropriate home, or somebody who was still interested after meeting her. And then, one day I realized that I couldn't live without her.
Bio:
Sharkey has a traumatic brain injury and exhibits repetative behaviours. She doesn't have much of an attention span or short term memory.
