A Day in the Life of Master Romeo

Spring has sprung!

Well, my pecking paws apparently have not been working since last July. I know ya'll have missed my wonderful stories. So much has gone down. My mom started working at a Doggie daycare and I get to go to work with her everyday if I want. It's a tiring chaotic place some days and I would rather just bird watch on the couch. She sometimes brings pups home for me to play with. Their parents give permission if they are there longterm. So we had this sweet little westie girl the other day and man, she was purty. Her name is Brava and we had so much fun. I even got to sleep with her.....She was a bit destructive with my favorite teddy but I forgive her. Mommy sewed teddy up and he's all good now. We also got to go to the Westie M&G last year and had a blast. I am sooooo looking forward to Nashvegas this year. Love me some good music and love to hear my mommy sing. Snow Snow Snow!

It's snowing, it's snowing, it's snowing. Goodie, Goodie, Goodie! I love to eat snow but watch out for that yellow stuff. SHHHH! We will save that for my kitty sisters. Mommy threw out birdseed and squirrel food and they are EVERYWHERE! It's been awhile since I (mommy)actually typed for me. We went to Grandma and Granddaddy's cabin in Mississippi for Santa Paws Day. It is so pretty there but it rained. There is no fence and I have to go out on a leash or mommy might lose me in the woods. Cause if I see one of them squirrels, I am outta there. You know I am like a streak of lightning when I run. Bet there isn't a one of you that is faster than me...My weiner dog cousin, Pepper, was there too. We had pee pee contests. Everywhere he peed, I peed even on Grandma's recliner. OOPS! I just couldn'thelp myself. I got to stay at the Hampton Inn in Alabama and the guy at the desk remembered me from last year. He is so nice and gives me lots of stuff. We had so many kids around during the snow and someone left the gate open for me. That was my chance to escape and I only went a few doors down. Mommy was frantic for about 30 minutes and crying because I did not have my leash on. But you know what, this was a good thing(my taking off and all) because mommy showered me all night with goodies and kisses and loving and hugs after she found me. I am thinking, I just might do that again someday. We are expecting some more snow this weekend. I think I am ready for some warm sunshine and more trips to the dog park. Mommy had knee surgery on New Year's Eve and she has not been getting around very well. She has to go to physical therapy and I don't get to walk cause she has to stay off of it. I have had plenty of cuddle time. She got this really, really fluffy new blankie for Christmas and I have been all over it. I even sleep next to the girls(my kitty sisters)sometimes cause they like it too. Well, time to go cuddle now. Goodnight all you Pups! BAYL! Romeo(King Squirrel Chaser)

Sad Cause my mommy is gone!

Well, it's Monday. My mommy is still not home. She left on Thursday of last week and things just have not been the same. My daddy does not take special care of me like mommy does cause he has to work all the time. He does not watch for me when I need to go out and I had to poop in the floor. Mommy would be furious. I keep watching and watching the door and no mommy. When is she coming back?? I got to see my best girl Lily and play with her. It has not been all bad. I still have the squirrels to chase and my kitty sisters. I don't even want to sleep in the big bed with daddy because mommy is not there. Come home mommy! I need you really, really bad. Romeo
