Today my parents woke me up really early this morning I was really tired but I got up and was really excited because I saw my parents getting ready like they do when I go bye byes in the car.We went in the car and I was really excited wondering where they were going to take me.We went to my vets parking lot where I started shaking I just went to that place 2 weeks ago! my Dad petted me and told me it was alright.We got out of the car and I took a walk before my parents brought me to the vets.They walked me in the back and my Dad put me in a kennel.I tried to run out but he put me back in again.Mom said the kennel was nice and big and she told me she loved me and that they would see me later.I was not happy at all the dog in the kennel next to me was upset too.Two weeks ago when I had my shots,yearly check up and blood work done my mom showed the vet a red bump I had on my right back leg he did an aspiration on it but that was inconclusive.My parents waited 2 weeks after that to see if it would go away it didn't so that's why today I had to get it surgically removed and I got my teeth cleaned for the first time too.When my parents picked me up I was crying but excited to see them I was running around the waiting room (more like flopping around because I was disoriented from anesthesia) until Dad carried me to the car.Mom brushes my teeth every night so I had no dental problems so that was good but my parents are worried about my biopsy results.I had to get 5 stiches,3 different pills to take,and I have to wear the cone! it was not a very good day today. Hopefully when I get my biopsy results that bump will be nothing (paws crossed) I'm going to go rest now.Until next time........DIESEL.

Awww Diesel I'm so sorry you had to endure all of that in one day. How great your teeth were problem free, but that bump incident sure wasn't nice. AND having to wear the cone. UGH! Tell your mom they have soft cones now so you don't have to wear the big plastic lamp shade one and run into things. Sending lots of feel better wishes from your pals here in Texas! We love you!

Sending good thoughts for the test results on your bump. Sorry to hear about the cone, the last time they tried to make me wear one I bumped into EVERYTHING and broke it within 2 hours.

Sounds like a terrible, terrible day Diesel! Keeping all paws crossed here that the bump they removed turns out to be nothing to worry about. Glad the teeth cleaning turned out good with no problems!
