Birthday: February 14th 2006 Likes: Food, and playing with Cricket Pet-Peeves: When the cats hiss at him Favorite Toy: Just about anything he can play tug a' war with Favorite Food: Everything Favorite Walk: The Park Best Tricks: Nemo is still learning, but he's getting a lot better with some basic commands like "sit" Arrival Story: Nemo was adopted on Valentine's day, and since he's a rescue and we're not sure of what his actual birthday is, we're setting it to this date. We were searching for a good playmate for Cricket, our miniature pinscher/terrier mix when we found Nemo. The two of them play really well together! Bio: Nemo got his nickname of "turtle" because that's what he looks like when he rolls onto his back. He is a very sweet little boy and calmer than Cricket, although he does love to play with him. They especially enjoy playing tug a' war together! He just adores attention and loves to rub up against people with his nose in an almost catlike manner.
He's a little fat right now, nine pounds too fat in fact, according to our vet. He currently weighs 29 and should weigh around 20, but we're working to change that for him with a lot of good walks, play and watching those treats!
When we adopted him he was also on meds for a skin condition, which is now clearing up nicely.
